To Improve Servicemen's Skills and Promote Knowledge of KOBELCO Machines

The 1st KCMSA SERVICE TECHNICAL CONTEST 2017 was held during August 25th - 26th, 2017 at KCMV, Bacninh province, Vietnam.
Aiming to enhance the technical skill strength and knowledge of servicemen in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with KOBELCO brand.
The contest consisted of 3 categories;
1) Basic skill
2) Overhaul skill
3) Multi skill.
There were 28 participants from all authorized distributors & Subsidiary in Southeast Asia region.

In this year, we awarded PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia for the winner of Basic skill, Multi skill and Kobelco Construction Machinery Malaysia. for Overhaul skill.
We will be held the contest in every year continuously and have a commitment to continue providing high quality products and excellent service supported to meet customer expectation for satisfaction.
