To improve serviceman skill and encourage KOBELCO machine knowledge

Kobelco Construction Machinery Southeastasia Co.,Ltd. held the 2nd KCMSA SERVICE TECHNICAL CONTEST 2018 in Thailand. Aiming to improve customer satisfaction and supporting efforts to enhance the technical strength and knowledge of servicemen. Here, we contested 3 categories; 1) Preventive maintenance 2) Overhaul and 3) Trouble shooting. There were 27 participants from all authorized distributors in Southeastasia region.

In this year, we awarded Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd. for the winner of all 3 categories. This contest will be held in every year continuously, in order to deliver the service capability and awareness for improving knowledge and skills of all our servicemans.
