KCMSA Service Technical Contest 2019

To improve technical skills of serviceman and encourage machine knowledge.
The 3rd KCMSA SERVICE TECHNICAL CONTEST 2019 was held during Aug 1st - 2nd, 2019 at Tasith factory, Rayong province, Thailand. Aiming to enhance the technical strength and knowledge of servicemen in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with KOBELCO brand. The contest consisted of 3 categories; 1) Preventive maintenance 2) Overhaul and 3) Trouble shooting. There were 35 participants from all authorized distributors in Southeastasia region.
In this year, we awarded PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia for the winner of Preventive maintenance and Myanmar Kaido Co., Ltd. for Overhaul and Trouble shooting categories. We will be held the contest in every year continuously and have a commitment to continue providing high quality products and excellent service supported to meet customer satisfaction.
