To Improve Servicemen's Skills and Promote Knowledge of KOBELCO Machines

The 5th KCMSA SERVICE TECHNICAL CONTEST 2023 was held during July 25th - 26th, 2023 at Ariya Training Center, Bangkok, Thailand.
Aiming to enhance the technical skill strength and knowledge of servicemen in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with KOBELCO brand.
The contest consisted of 4 categories;
1) Maintenance
2) Troubleshooting #1
3) Troubleshooting #2
4) Team Troubleshooting.
There were 25 participants from all authorized distributors & Subsidiary in Southeast Asia region.

In this year, we awarded are below.
1) Maintenance, The winner is PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia.
2) Troubleshooting #1, The winner is Myanmar Kaido.
3) Troubleshooting #2, The winner is PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia.
4) Team Troubleshooting, The winner is Myanmar Kaido.
We will be held the contest in every year continuously and have a commitment to continue providing high quality products and excellent service supported to meet customer expectation for satisfaction.
