To Improve Servicemen's Skills and Promote Knowledge of KOBELCO Machines

The 6th KCMSA SERVICE TECHNICAL CONTEST 2024 was held during August 7th - 8th, 2024 at Ariya Training Center, Bangkok, Thailand.

In 2023, last year, World championship for KCM Service Technical Contest on October 11-12, 2023 at Technical Training Center, Kobe, Japan.
we got 4 prize, winner are Troubleshooting#1, Team Troubleshooting & Integrated and 3rd prize is Overhaul & Measurement.

Aiming to enhance the technical skill strength and knowledge of servicemen in order to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with KOBELCO brand.
The contest consisted of 3 categories;
1) Preventive Maintenance
2) Overhaul & Measurement
3) Troubleshooting.
There were 33 participants from all authorized distributors & Subsidiary in Southeast Asia region.


In this year, we awarded are below.
1) Preventive Maintenance, The winner is PT. Daya Kobelco Construction Machinery Indonesia.
2) Overhaul & Measurement, The winner is Myanmar Kaido.
3) Troubleshooting, The winner is Myanmar Kaido.

We will be held the contest in every year continuously and have a commitment to continue providing high quality products and excellent service supported to meet customer expectation for satisfaction.
